Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. 

We accept items for exchange or refund within 20 calendar days after delivery of the product.

Items exchanged or returned must be in new, unused condition, in original packaging, with tags attached, unaltered, and with no odor. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If customer request a refund, refund will be give only for the price of the item we do not refund customer for the coast of shipping charges.

Clearance, Final Sales, and undergarments are NOT eligible for exchanges.

Since you are responsible for shipping items back to us, we recommend insuring packages, especially on high-end items.

EsntlLab will not be responsible for packages not received by our warehouse. We suggest that you ship items to our warehouse as soon as possible, since we do not guarantee availability of items exchanged for.

Once items are received, we will email you a notification. We will then notify when the exchange has been completed. Typical exchange process is completed within 3 days after receipt of items.
